UAR Network Hotline User’s Agreement
UAR Network Hotline is operated as a business network. By logging onto the network you are agreeing that you understand, and will in good faith abide by the following rules of ethics and conduct, including being muted or banned from this network without warning! If at any time you break or violate these rules of ethics and conduct in anyway. UAR Network reserves the right to add or remove any terms and conditions at any time. In the event changes are made users will be made aware of such changes. The changes can be viewed on this page.
You agree, through your use of this network, that you will not repost any text unless it is your original post. Users also agree not to post any material in the form of pictures or websites which may be viewed by others as offensive, including any postings related to gender, nationality, race, sex, religion, harassing, profane, false, defamatory, offensive symbol’s, or anything invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any laws. You also agree that you will keep your postings on business related topics and refrain from any and all personal insults.
By using our network you also agree and understand that UAR Network does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to buying and/or selling parts to other members on the UAR Network Hotline and that we assume no responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller; this includes, but is not limited to, debts incurred, as well as any use of other part locating systems.
If you as a user don’t understand any part of this users agreement, please contact the staff of UAR Network and we will be glad to clarify your concerns.

1. User's of this network agree not to speak, type or post any materials or subject matters that could be viewed to be offensive to others. This includes but is not limited to posts or comments about, websites, pictures, personal insults, offensive symbol's, profanity, vulgarities, gender, sex or religion,
2. User's of this network agree at all times to keep their postings on the buying & selling of parts and subject matters that are related to our industry.
3. User's of this network agree to pay their debts to other network members in a timely, courteous, professional manor. Past due disputes for non payment could result in the termination of services with out warning. Please pay your bills!
4. All issues concerning non payment MUST be submitted to the past due report link on the UAR garage home page or at the monthly line meeting during roll call.
5. In the event a dispute should arise between two network member's concerning warranty issues. If the two parties are unable to come to an agreement UAR will arbitrate the dispute and make a ruling. The decisions of UAR will be final.
